Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from our fulfillment center located in Drummondville, Quebec.

Currently, delivery is configured for the following areas:

Standard shipping is free for all orders of $150 or more.

The estimated delivery time for this option is 3 to 9 business days.

For eligible orders, Canada Post services are also available, with rates calculated automatically at checkout.

When the carrier provides a tracking number, it is shared with the customer so they can track the progress of their order.
